Wedding Photography at Lympne Castle Kent
Vanesa and Adam were married on a breezy summer day at Lympne Castle in Kent. With Vanesa being Spanish they had 2 weddings, one in Spain and one in England. We first met them 2 weeks before their English wedding for their engagement shoot in Kernsey Abbey in Dover.
Vanesa and her close family made their preparations at Lympne Castle, with her father and brother putting up all the decorations that they had spent a lot of their spare time creating and her mum doing her hair, a real family event. They then made their way to Cheriton Baptist Church for their ceremony, it was a fantastic ceremony with lots of singing and celebration. Adam and Vanesa also lit a unity candle, which made a lovely touch to the day.
After the church service everyone made their way back to the castle for their reception. as it was a lovely day although somewhat breezy, their speeches were held on the patio. With personal gifts for family and a fun gift for the best man they had really though out the day well. Their family and friends photographs were taken on the patio with the sunning views of the Kent coast behind them. We then took Adam and Vanesa around the grounds for some romantic portraits.
Their reception was held in the Great Hall, with the stunning cake by a beautiful fireplace and amazing decorations places around the room, it looked spectacular. Surrounded by their family and friends they held their first dance and then partied the night away, and boy these guys know how to party it was a fantastic evening. At the end of the night we took Adam and Vanesa outside to get a stunning night time portrait using the pretty lights on the building. This was a lovely wedding to photograph and a stunning wedding venue also.
