Kath and Charles contacted us as they were married 2 years ago and wanted a romantic shoot together before they renew their vows, as they did not get the chance to do this before they were married. We went in the late afternoon and made use of the gorgeous natural light from this time of day. We went to Shorne Woods Country Park in Shorne Kent for this shoot. This is an amazing place to walk around and also have photos taken. There are lots of scenic pathways, isolated spots and ponds to make use of. All make for very romantic backdrops for romantic photos.

An engagement shoot is a great way to get to know your photographer before your wedding. Your photographer can also meet with you and will also gain an understanding of what makes you both ‘tick’ and what works well with you. With and engagement shoot, by the time your wedding day arrives, you will feel comfortable with your photographer as you will have worked together previously.
You will also have some gorgeous photographs of the two of you that could be used for ‘save the date’ cards or in a signing frame for your guests to sign on the day.
