Wedding Photography at The Old Kent Barn

May and Alex were married at the end of September at the Old Kent Barn in Swingfield near Dover in Kent. We photographed the wedding from the bridal preparations through to the first dance. May, her mum and bridesmaids all made their preparations at the venue in a beautiful beamed room, perfect for stunning photographs. With the wedding being all in one location May did not have to travel far to the ceremony, but she did arrive in style from one building to the other in the venues own little Tuc Tuc, which was super cute.

May and Alex held their wedding ceremony in the gorgeous gazebo in the gardens, followed by welcome drinks on the lawns. With May and Alex both being dairy farmers, we were pre warned that they would be having a special guest of honour for photographs. Unfortunately they were unable to get their guest, a prize pedigree cow to the venue but still incorporated this theme into their decor.

After the ceremony and some time for gorgeous bride and groom portraits, everyone went to the barn for a gorgeous wedding breakfast followed by some fantastic speeches. They also had their first dance in the stunning barn, followed by a fantastic party afterwards.
